Son-of-a-gun, ... Bluffton, SC gets a shout-out from Parade Magazine in their July 15, 2007 Edition. Remember back in May of 1992 when South Kingstown was declared the best place to live in Rhode Island by RI Monthly Magazine. 07/21/07.
