Aug 13, 2004 ... Sales agreement is signed.
Oct 06, 2004 ... Slab put down
Oct 27, 2004 ... Bob Kocher calls. Electric and Plumbing are roughed in. 
                 Heat and AC will be done tomorrow. Also, Bay Street 
                 Electric will wire the sound system. County will do 
                 the rough-in inspection on Friday. Then they can 
                 start insulating.
Nov 18, 2004 ... House almost finished according to Bob. Driveway will be 
                 poured on 11/22/04.

“Heather”. It should be ready around Jan 8, 2005.

Dec 02, 2004 ... Shelley calls. Closing set for 12/29/04 at 1:00pm. We will 
                 hear from Welcome Committee or whatever it's called. Call 
                 Edson Silva to make any changes.
Dec 09, 2004 ... Confirmed that "approved landscape plan" was mailed with Amanda.
Dec 29, 2004 ... House was "cosed" today. That's an assumption.
Dec 31, 2004 ... Owner meets with Bob Silva about 6:00pm to get key. Owners
                 then move in.

02. Receive some paperwork from lawyer, Vaux & Marscher. Deed will come later.
03. Do a "walk-thru" with Jen Smith and Bob Kocher.

01. Dan McGuire of the Computer Club suggests talking to Bruce Barton, 6050, 
    about PC's for video work.
02. Check out Mattress Depot.

01. Phone line finally activated by Hargray. They stood up owners on 12/31 and 
    01/03.
02. George York, "CWC" meets with owners.

02. Buy mattress at “Matress Depot”.

01. Pay taxes for vehicle at Hilton Head. Need registration OR title.
02. Register vehicle (need tax receipt, proof of insurance and title) 
    and gets driver’s license (need birth certificate, SSN number 
    [didn’t someone say it couldn’t be laminated???] and electric bill or 
    anything (used “closing papers”) else that confirms you are a resident. 
    Also able to register to vote at DMV.
03. Buy Auto Insurance. Policy is good for six months.
04. Buy two couches (200 90”x21” + 150 65”) from Jim and Diane Saunders, 48 
    Padgett Drive. 705-6225. Sofas from “Sofas and More” on Hilton Head. Jim and 
    Diane are from Maine. 705-3388 is also selling two lazy boys. 
05. Open account with bank just outside front gate.
06. Cancel car with RI Insurance.
07. Change deductions with OPM.
